At SolutionArts ("Reclaimed Time Systems"), we believe your data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains how our browser extensions (SideSheet Pro, GuideBuilder, and FluxCanvas) handle your information.

1. No Hidden Tracking

We do not track your browsing history, sell your data to third parties, or use pixel trackers to monitor your behavior across the web. Our business model is based on selling useful software tools, not selling user data.

2. Data Collection & Storage

SideSheet Pro

  • Clipboard Data: Text and images you copy are stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage.
  • Secure Mode: When "Secure Mode" is active, data is stored in "Session Storage" and is wiped automatically when the browser closes.
  • Cloud Sync (Pro Feature): If you choose to enable Cloud Sync, your clips are encrypted and stored securely to allow synchronization between your devices. We cannot read the contents of your encrypted clips.

GuideBuilder

  • Screen Captures: Images and click data are recorded only when you explicitly click "Record."
  • Storage: All recordings are generated and stored locally on your device.
  • Processing: PDF and image generation happens inside your browser. No images are uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose a future cloud sharing feature.

FluxCanvas

  • Annotations: Drawings and text notes are stored locally in your browser's storage, associated with the specific URL you annotated.

3. Permissions

Our extensions require specific permissions to function:

  • "Read and change all your data on the websites you visit": This sounds scary, but it is necessary for FluxCanvas to draw over websites, for GuideBuilder to record your clicks, and for SideSheet to paste text into fields. We only use this permission to perform the actions you request.
  • "Storage": Used to save your settings and data locally.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. If you upgrade to a Pro plan, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe. SolutionArts does not store your credit card details.
